The ATLAS MAX BL is a compact, high-performance drum milling machine for precise coating removal in interior fitting and renovation work. The modern brushless motor delivers powerful, constantly available output, while the exact depth adjustment allows a defined removal of 0 to 10 mm. The design of the milling drum directs the removed material straight towards the extraction port, which significantly reduces dust and supports clean working. At the same time, the adjustable machine body allows near-wall, ergonomic milling even in demanding areas. Intended use: removal of tile adhesives, coatings, filler compounds, firm and tough-elastic adhesives, paints and render. Intended for dry use only – never operate with water supply. Metals must not be processed.
Personal protective equipment must be worn during operation: depending on the application, full face protection, eye protection or safety goggles; where appropriate, a dust mask, hearing protection, protective gloves and a special apron.
Noise emission: sound pressure level 83.6 dB(A), sound power level 94.6 dB(A) – hearing protection required. Vibration: 9.5 m/s².
Dust produced when working stone (crystalline silica) is hazardous to health. Toxic or asbestos-containing materials (e.g. PCB, asbestos, bitumen/PAH) may only be processed by specially trained personnel for remediation purposes. Only carry out milling work with a suitable vacuum cleaner with a matching filter connected.
Sockets in damp rooms and outdoors must be equipped with a residual-current device (RCD/PRCD).
