The prices shown on the product pages are net prices plus statutory VAT where applicable.
Delivery area
We deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain. Spain: mainland and Balearic Islands – not to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Shipping costs
In addition to the product prices, we charge a flat shipping rate per order. It is shown in the cart and in the order overview before you complete your order.

The order value for free shipping applies after deduction of coupons. VAT on shipping costs depends on the goods ordered and is calculated and shown during checkout.
Delivery time
The processing time for shipping (picking, packing and handover to the carrier) is usually 1–3 working days after receipt of payment. The carrier’s transit time is added to this. Goods are shipped via GLS or an alternative parcel or freight carrier.
