About us

Galeski Global Sales UG (GGS) is the digital sales channel of Galeski Manufaktur Innovativer Maschinen e.K. While the Manufaktur has been building the machines in Westerburg for years, GGS handles order processing for business customers. You buy from GGS – the machines are produced and shipped directly by the Manufaktur.

No. Our shop is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) – i.e. commercial enterprises, trade businesses and resellers. When ordering, you confirm your status as a business.

Ordering & delivery

  • The processing time (picking, packing and handover to the carrier) is usually 1–3 working days after receipt of payment. The carrier’s transit time is added to this.
  • Details of the delivery time for your order can be found in the order confirmation.

After completing your order, you will receive a secure payment link with the payment options available to you. If you have any questions about payment, we are always available at kontakt@galeskiglobalsales.com.

As our shop is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal as in consumer transactions. As long as your order has not yet been passed on to our manufacturing partner for processing, please contact us immediately at kontakt@galeskiglobalsales.com – we will then be happy to check whether a change or cancellation is still possible.

Special requests for our machines are no problem at all: simply ask us directly about your specific requirements or let us advise you. We will be happy to prepare a personal quotation for you.
The delivery time for custom builds is usually the same as the normal delivery time. However, it may vary depending on the effort required for the desired modifications. In any case, you will receive an estimate of the delivery time from us.

Repair & service

After filling in and submitting the repair form, pack the machine securely and send it to us. Once we receive your machine, it will be inspected as quickly as possible and you will receive a cost estimate including the expected repair effort. As soon as you have confirmed it, your machine will be repaired next and sent back to you.

A repair usually takes 3–5 working days.

For inspecting your machine and preparing an individual cost estimate, we charge a flat fee of €35.00. All communication runs through Galeski Global Sales – we forward your request to our manufacturing partner, Galeski Manufaktur, for technical inspection and then get back to you with the cost estimate. The cost of the actual repair is made up of the components to be replaced, the working time and shipping, and is itemised on the cost estimate. This flat fee does not apply to warranty repairs.

You can send your machine to us with any common shipping provider to:

Galeski Manufaktur
Inh. Peter Galeski
Boschstr. 4
56457 Westerburg
Germany

The machine should be packed so that it can move as little as possible inside the parcel. This minimises the risk of transport damage.

The original Galeski box of your machine is best suited for simple and safe shipping.

Yes, you can get your machine back unrepaired if you wish. However, the flat fee for the cost estimate and the shipping costs still apply.

Warranty

The statutory warranty applies. As a business customer, the commercial duty to inspect and give notice of defects under Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) also applies – so please check the goods for defects promptly after receipt. We handle complaints easily via our repair & complaint form.

Excluded from the warranty are wear parts, improper use of the machine, use of unsuitable tools, modifications made to the machine yourself, or opening the machine at points not intended for this (only opening the service caps to change the carbon brushes is permitted).

If there is a defect, please always contact Galeski Global Sales directly – regardless of which machine you bought or when, as GGS is your contractual partner. We check your request and coordinate the repair with our manufacturing partner, Galeski Manufaktur. If it is a warranty case, your machine will be repaired free of charge.
