Repair & Complaints

Please use the following form to report your machine to Galeski Global Sales UG (haftungsbeschränkt) for repair or a complaint.

We will review your request and – if a technical inspection is required – forward it to our manufacturing partner, Galeski Manufaktur, for processing.

🛈 Note:

Please note that wear parts such as ball bearings and sealing rings are not covered by the warranty. We will inform you of the costs before the repair begins.

⚠ Caution:

Before sending in your machine, please make sure that the water in the water hose has been completely blown out with compressed air to avoid damage to the components during transport.

Please enclose a copy of your proof of purchase to validate the warranty claim.

The manufacturer will inspect your machine and, depending on the reason for sending it in, provide you with a cost estimate if necessary. After your approval, the manufacturer will repair the machine as quickly as possible and send it back to you.

Additional information on slab lifters:

Slab lifters older than 5–6 years can only undergo a TÜV inspection to a limited extent, as the manufacturer no longer accepts liability after 5 years.

As slab lifters are safety-relevant work equipment, hairline cracks and material fatigue can occur after this time, which is why it is advisable to replace older lifters with new ones. Please also note that spare parts are no longer available for Alligators manufactured before 2005.

Please send us photos of the slab lifter in advance so that we can assess the general condition of the device and determine whether a TÜV inspection is possible.
