Defined removal, brushless power – the slim drum milling machine for renovation.

ATLAS PRO BL

The ATLAS PRO 82 BL is the hand-held milling cutter for removing mineral materials, tile adhesives, coatings, filler compounds, adhesives, paints and render – with a modern brushless magnetic motor. Without carbon brushes, the motor delivers more torque, up to 30 % higher efficiency and significantly less heat; the slim design allows low-fatigue work.
By design, the ATLAS works with very low dust: the drum rotation throws the removed material precisely towards the extraction. With a PCD milling drum, the surface is peeled off rather than ground, and the exact depth adjustment from 0 to 8 mm ensures precisely defined removal.
The tool for floor renovators, hazardous-material renovators, painters, plasterers and interior fit-out – supplied in a case.

Made in Germany – for professional continuous use

Brushless motor without carbon brushes

No brush changes, more torque and up to 30 % higher efficiency.

Very low dust by design

The drum rotation throws the removed material directly towards the extraction.

Defined removal 0–8 mm

Exact depth adjustment with 82 mm working width.

Slim and handy

Compact brushless design for low-fatigue work.

Special features
  • Magnetic motor without carbon brushes – no regular carbon brush replacement: lower follow-up costs, less work, fewer sources of error.
  • Significantly more torque, especially in the lower speed range.
  • Up to 30 % higher efficiency and significantly less heat generation, even under full load.
  • Long service life – well above that of conventional branded machines.
  • Quick stop: the machine comes to a quick stop when switched off thanks to rapid braking of the magnetic motor.
  • Slim design – handy machine for low-fatigue work.
  • Very low dust by design: the drum rotation throws the removed material precisely towards the extraction.
  • Peeling instead of grinding in combination with the PCD milling drum.
  • Precisely defined removal thanks to polycrystalline diamond segments and exact depth adjustment (0–8 mm).
  • Spindle lock for easy tool changes.
  • Wear- and break-resistant silicone mains cable in a signal colour, clearly visible.
  • Special requests (e.g. longer connecting cables) can be accommodated on request.
  • Repair and maintenance service for all our machines.

Warnings and safety information:

For professional use by trained specialist personnel only.
Read and follow the enclosed original operating instructions carefully before first use.
Intended use: removing tile adhesives, coatings, filler compounds, firm and tough-elastic adhesives, paints and render. For dry use only – never operate with water supply, do not process wet materials. Metals must not be processed. Only use milling drums approved or licensed by GALESKI.
Personal protective equipment must be worn during operation: depending on the application, full face protection, eye protection or safety goggles as well as hearing protection; where appropriate, a dust mask, protective gloves or a special apron. The dust or respirator mask must filter the dust produced.
Noise emission: sound pressure level 83.6 dB(A), sound power level 94.6 dB(A) – hearing protection required. Vibration: 9.5 m/s².
Only carry out milling work with a suitable vacuum cleaner with a matching filter connected.
Dust produced when working stone containing crystalline silica is hazardous to health. Toxic or asbestos-containing materials (e.g. PCB, asbestos, bitumen/PAH) may only be processed by specially trained personnel for remediation purposes.
Keep the milling machine away from metal parts (screws, reinforcing steel) – segments can be damaged and ejected.
Sockets in damp rooms and outdoor areas must be fitted with residual current devices (RCD, PRCD).
For complete safety instructions, see the original operating instructions.
