Compressed-air drum milling machine with increased speed and high torque for dry milling work – very low dust in combination with a vacuum cleaner.
2.423,00 €
The AIR ATLAS PRO is a compressed-air drum milling machine from the new generation of GALESKI AIR machines – with increased speed and high torque for dry milling work. It runs entirely on compressed air and requires no electricity.
By design, the machine works with very low dust in combination with a vacuum cleaner. With 82 mm working width and 0–10 mm working depth, it efficiently removes adhesives, coatings, filler compounds, paints and render – sensitive in precision work, with full pulling force in rough operation.
The version without an adjustable machine body – for renovators, floor renovators and interior fit-out professionals looking for a rugged compressed-air milling machine.
Low-dust milling by design in combination with a vacuum cleaner.
Increased speed and high torque – no power connection at all.
Working depth 0–10 mm for efficient removal.
Exhaust air directed to the rear for controlled working.
Compressed-air drum milling machine for removing tile adhesives, coatings, filler compounds, firm and tough-elastic adhesives, paints and render. Particularly suitable for renovators, floor renovators and interior fit-out. For dry use only, with a vacuum cleaner.

For professional use by trained specialist personnel only.
Read and follow the enclosed original operating instructions carefully before first use.
Intended use: removing tile adhesives, coatings, filler compounds, firm and tough-elastic adhesives, paints and render. For dry use only – never operate with water supply, do not process wet materials. Metals must not be processed. Only use milling drums approved or licensed by GALESKI.
Personal protective equipment must be worn during operation: depending on the application, full face protection, eye protection or safety goggles as well as hearing protection; where appropriate, a dust mask, protective gloves or a special apron. The dust or respirator mask must filter the dust produced.
Noise emission: sound pressure level 81 dB(A), sound power level 92 dB(A) (EN ISO 15744) – hearing protection required. Vibration: 13.4 m/s² (EN ISO 8662).
Only operate with oiled and dried compressed air (air quality to DIN ISO 8573-1 class 3/5/4); maximum operating pressure 6 bar, see rating plate.
The machine provides no insulation in the event of contact with electrical cables.
Only carry out milling work with a suitable vacuum cleaner with a matching filter connected.
Dust produced when working stone containing crystalline silica is hazardous to health. Toxic or asbestos-containing materials (e.g. PCB, asbestos, bitumen/PAH) may only be processed by specially trained personnel for remediation purposes.
For complete safety instructions, see the original operating instructions.
