The AIR GENIUS MAXI is a pneumatic stone cutter for dry cutting with cutting discs up to Ø 125 mm. With the highest speed in the AIR range combined with high torque, it cuts mineral materials such as marble, granite, engineered stone, porcelain stoneware, ceramics or sandstone quickly and cleanly. The new generation of pneumatic machines impresses with an excellent size-to-power ratio: extra strong and super handy, sensitive for precision work and with full pulling power in rough operation. Intended use: the stone cutter is intended for cutting mineral materials, e.g. marble, granite, engineered stone, porcelain stoneware, ceramics, glass, sandstone or similar. The machine is suitable for dry use only. The machine may only be operated with an auxiliary handle and with the guard fitted.
PPE (personal protective equipment): Mandatory — personal protective equipment depending on the application: full face shield, eye protection or safety goggles. Recommended where appropriate: dust mask, hearing protection, protective gloves or special apron.
Noise emission: sound pressure level 81 dB(A), sound power level 92 dB(A) – hearing protection required. Vibration: 13.4 m/s².
Toxic materials such as PCB, asbestos or bitumen (PAH applications) may only be processed for remediation purposes by specially trained personnel.
Operate with oiled, dried compressed air; the maximum pressure of 6 bar must not be exceeded.
