Milling close to walls with compressed air – low-dust, robust, without electricity.

The AIR ATLAS MAX is a high-performance compressed-air drum milling machine from the new generation of GALESKI AIR machines: extra strong and super handy, with an excellent size-to-power ratio. The adjustable machine body can be rotated up to 150° relative to the milling drum during operation – ideal for near-wall and near-floor working, in both pulling and pushing cuts.

By design, the machine works with very low dust when connected to a vacuum cleaner. Sensitive in precision work and with full pulling force in rough operation, the AIR ATLAS MAX impresses with sophisticated silencer technology and a rear exhaust air outlet for comfortable, safe working.

Ideal for floor and hazardous-material renovators, painters and plasterers looking for an electricity-free, rugged alternative to the electric drum milling machine.

Warnings and safety information:

For professional use by trained specialist personnel only.

Read and follow the enclosed original operating instructions carefully before first use.

Intended use: the hand milling machine is designed for removing tile adhesives, coatings, filler compounds, firm and tough-elastic adhesives, paints and render. Operating mode: dry only — the machine is suitable for dry use only and must never be operated with water supply. Metals must not be processed; only carry out milling work with a suitable vacuum cleaner connected.

Personal protective equipment: depending on the application, use full face protection, eye protection or safety goggles; hearing protection must be worn in accordance with the noise data. Where appropriate, a dust mask, protective gloves or a special apron are also recommended.

Noise emission: sound pressure level 81 dB(A), sound power level 92 dB(A) (EN ISO 15744) – hearing protection required. Vibration: 13.4 m/s² (EN ISO 8662).

Dust produced when working stone (crystalline silica) is hazardous to health. Toxic or asbestos-containing materials may only be processed by specially trained personnel for remediation purposes (observe accident prevention regulation VBG 119 of the German employers’ liability insurance association).
