Wet polishing with compressed air – powerful, smooth-running and without electricity.

The AIR POLIFOX 1002 is a high-performance wet polisher for professional trades that demand reliable results under demanding conditions. The double ball-bearing spindle mounting in the water-cooled flush head ensures exceptional stability and maximum load capacity – even during intensive continuous use. The compressed-air technology enables safe working without electricity, while the mature silencer technology and rearward exhaust routing support quiet, controlled operation. For stonemasons, restorers and tilers who value precision, ruggedness and a long service life, the AIR POLIFOX 1002 is a tool that makes professional polishing results significantly easier to achieve.

Made in Germany – for professional continuous use

Maximum power for hard continuous use

The powerful drive delivers constant pulling force, even under extreme loads – ideal for demanding stone and polishing work.

Reinforced spindle bearing for maximum stability

The double ball bearing in the flush head positions the bearing close to the tool. This reduces leverage forces and ensures smooth running and a long service life

Safe working without electricity

As a compressed-air machine, the AIR POLIFOX 1002 operates completely without electricity – a reliable choice for wet work areas and high levels of workplace safety.

Controlled polishing thanks to silencer technology

The rearward exhaust routing and integrated silencer ensure low noise levels and pleasant handling during precision work.

Warnings and safety information:

For professional use by trained specialist personnel only.

Read and follow the enclosed original operating instructions carefully before first use.

Intended use: polishing and brushing metal and stone materials. Purely compressed-air machine, designed for wet operation only – never operate without water supply.

Personal protective equipment must be worn during operation: safety goggles and hearing protection; gloves are recommended.

Noise emission: sound pressure level 81 dB(A), sound power level 92 dB(A) – hearing protection required. Vibration: 13.4 m/s².

Harmful dusts and vapours may be produced during work – use dust extraction or respiratory protection if necessary.

The machine offers no insulation in case of contact with electrical lines and is operated exclusively with compressed air (oiled, dried compressed air, max. permissible pressure as per the rating plate).

For complete safety instructions, see the original operating instructions.
