Milling close to walls and floors – with a continuously adjustable machine body.

The ATLAS MAX 82/2 is the most powerful hand milling machine in the ATLAS range: with 1,790 W of power and a high-quality gearbox, it is designed for rugged continuous use removing tile adhesive, coatings, filler compounds, paint and render from mineral substrates. The proven drum-milling principle enables an exactly defined material removal of 1 to 10 mm per pass – significantly more controlled than conventional grinding, and without smearing tough-elastic surfaces. The steplessly adjustable machine body can be rotated up to 150° relative to the milling drum during operation (12 detent positions), enabling near-wall and near-floor working without a tool change. Thanks to precisely targeted extraction directly at the rotating drum, the machine runs with very low dust by design. For renovators, hazardous-material renovators, painters, plasterers and floor renovators looking for a powerful, precise and low-dust milling machine for professional continuous use, the ATLAS MAX 82/2 is the right choice.

Warnings and safety information:

For professional use by trained specialist personnel only.
Read and follow the enclosed original operating instructions carefully before first use.
Intended use: removal of tile adhesives, coatings, filler compounds, firm and tough-elastic adhesives, paints and render on mineral substrates. Metals must not be processed. Intended exclusively for dry use — never operate with water supply. Only carry out milling work with a suitable vacuum cleaner with a matching fine-dust filter connected. Only milling drums approved or licensed by GALESKI may be used.
Personal protective equipment must be worn during operation: safety goggles, dust mask and hearing protection. Protective gloves, a safety helmet, non-slip safety shoes and an apron are recommended.
Noise emission: sound pressure level 92 dB(A), sound power level 103 dB(A) – hearing protection required. Vibration: 7 m/s².
Dust containing crystalline silica produced when working stone is hazardous to health. Toxic or asbestos-containing materials (e.g. PCB, asbestos, bitumen/PAH applications) may only be processed by personnel specially trained for this purpose for remediation purposes.
Never allow children to use the machine.
For complete safety instructions, see the original operating instructions.
