Diamond Jigsaw Blade for Granite

Application & Function

The G series are segmented, sintered diamond jigsaw blades for full cuts in granite slabs, e.g. for round cut-outs after pre-drilling with a core drill bit. The blades must exactly match the respective slab thickness — G2 for 2 cm, G3 for 3 cm, G4 for 4 cm slabs.

Important Notes on Use

• Always choose segmented, sintered blades for granite according to the corresponding slab thickness: G2 for 2 cm slabs, G3 only for 3 cm slabs, G4 for 4 cm slabs. Incorrect use leads to uneven wear and severe vibration.
• “G” blades are designed for full cuts in the corresponding slab thickness (e.g. round cut-outs after pre-drilling with a core drill bit) — not to be confused with the “B” blades for residual bridges (see diamond jigsaw blades for granite residual bridges), whose diamond segments are designed differently.
• Resharpen segmented, sintered granite and sandstone blades occasionally on the dressing stone.
