Diamond Jigsaw Blades

Diamond jigsaw blades for cut-outs in marble, soapstone, granite and sandstone – electroplated or segmented and sintered, suitable for PGS 50, PGS 60 and SHARKY.

Choose granite blades (G, B) to match the slab thickness; electroplated blades for marble and soapstone fit all thicknesses up to 6 cm (soapstone up to 7 cm).

Application & Function

Diamond jigsaw blades for cut-outs and shaped cuts in natural stone slabs – e.g. sink and hob cut-outs in kitchen worktops or round cut-outs after pre-drilling with a core drill bit.
For marble and soapstone there are electroplated blades that fit all common slab thicknesses. For granite and sandstone there are segmented, sintered blades that must match the slab thickness and the task.

Choosing the right blade

  • Granite: choose the blade by slab thickness – G2/B2 for 2 cm, G3/B3 for 3 cm, G4/B4 for 4 cm. The wrong blade wears unevenly and causes vibration.
  • G or B? G for full cuts, B for residual bridges after pre-cutting with a cutting disc – the diamond segments are designed differently for each task.
  • Resharpening: resharpen segmented granite and sandstone blades occasionally on the dressing stone. Never sharpen electroplated blades (SGM, SGM-S).
