Power for continuous use – with extraction hood and autobalancer for low-dust work.

The TORNADO 125 MAXI/2 is a powerful dry floor grinder for professional businesses that need reliable grinding on mineral substrates in continuous use. The motor and high-quality gearbox are designed for rugged continuous use, and the speed control with seven settings from 1,700 to 6,800 rpm adapts the machine to tool and material. The electronics readjust the speed as the load increases, and the soft start protects the motor and gearbox. The extraction hood with spring-loaded brush ring fits closely to the work surface and keeps dust to a minimum; the fold-up front opening allows low-dust work right up to the wall. The autobalancer automatically compensates for imbalances, and the ergonomic D-handle supports fatigue-free work. For stonemasons, tilers and floor renovators who want an even grinding pattern on mineral materials, the TORNADO 125 MAXI/2 is a reliable tool for continuous use.

Made in Germany – for professional continuous use

Special features
  • Powerful 1,750 W motor with high-quality gearbox for rugged continuous use.
  • Speed control with seven settings (A–G) from 1,700 to 6,800 rpm.
  • Electronics readjust the speed as the load increases; under prolonged overload they switch to a reduced speed to cool the motor winding.
  • Electronic soft start reduces the inrush current by about half and increases the service life of motor and gearbox.
  • Overload protection for safe, long-lasting use.
  • Extraction hood with spring-loaded brush ring: constant, light spring pressure compensates for unevenness and tool wear and ensures a close-fitting connection to the grinding surface.
  • Robust extraction hood with stainless steel inserts.
  • Fold-up safety front opening for low-dust work close to walls.
  • Swivel joint on the extraction connection — freely rotating, so no twisted hose and no disruptive constraining forces.
  • Hose spacer and connector keep the suction hose at a fixed distance from the machine and out of the way.
  • Autobalancer made of steel balls running in oil to compensate for imbalances.
  • Ergonomic D-handle for fatigue-free work.
  • Spindle lock for quick tool changes.
