What are the GENIUS angle grinders for?

For cutting with diamond cutting discs and for grinding and milling with cup wheels – dry, in natural stone, concrete and ceramics, with tools up to Ø 230 mm.

Brushless or with carbon brushes?

The GENIUS Speed BL and GENIUS Maxi BL work with a brushless motor without carbon brushes. The other models have carbon brushes, which are replaced as wearing parts.

CON or VARIO – which do I need?

CON runs at constant speed – for even grinding. VARIO sets the speed with the speed dial in 7 settings A–G, on the brushless models in 6 settings 1–6 – for the individual steps from pre-grinding to polishing. You choose the control available for each model on the model page.

How do I work with little dust?

Dry cutting in stone produces fine dust: work with dust extraction and wear protective equipment.
