Powerful 2-speed wet core drill motor with 1,800 W, water swivel, PRCD and mechanical safety clutch – diamond core drill bits wet up to Ø 107 mm, freehand up to Ø 132 mm.
1.184,00 €
The DIAMOND 1800 is a powerful wet core drill motor for large diamond core drill bits: wet up to Ø 107 mm, freehand up to Ø 132 mm. The 1,800 W motor with its robust 2-speed gearbox delivers up to 13.5 Nm of torque in 1st gear – for fast drilling progress even in hard stone. Electronic soft start, overload and temperature cut-out protect the motor, and a mechanical safety clutch absorbs shocks if the core drill bit jams.
The water swivel and water stopcock with brass quick coupling cool the core drill bit, and the PRCD safety switch is integrated in the cable. Thanks to the Ø 53 mm collar, the motor can be fitted into matching drill stands; freehand, it is guided by the adjustable auxiliary handle.
The powerful drill motor for stonemasons, tilers and renovators.
Up to 13.5 Nm torque in 1st gear – for large core drill bits and hard stone.
0–850 and 0–1,700 rpm under load – the right speed for every core drill bit Ø.
Mechanical clutch absorbs shocks, the PRCD protects during wet operation.
Water stopcock with brass quick coupling for cooling the core drill bit.
Wet core drill motor for drilling with diamond core drill bits in natural stone and engineered stone – wet up to Ø 107 mm, freehand up to Ø 132 mm, two-handed with the auxiliary handle or in a drill stand. Particularly suitable for stonemasons, tilers and renovators. Operate only with water flushing.

For professional use by trained specialist personnel only.
Read and follow the enclosed original operating instructions carefully before first use.
Intended use: core drilling with diamond core drill bits in natural and engineered stone, two-handed with the auxiliary handle or in a drill stand. Operate only with water flushing.
Personal protective equipment must be worn during operation: safety goggles and hearing protection. Protective gloves, sturdy non-slip footwear and an apron are recommended.
Noise emission: sound pressure level LpA 88 dB(A) – hearing protection required. Vibration: 3.9 m/s² (uncertainty K = 1.5 m/s²).
As the machine is intended for wet use, the applicable accident prevention regulations in Germany permit operation only in combination with an isolating transformer or a PRCD safety switch.
Dust produced when working stone containing crystalline silica is hazardous to health. Material containing asbestos must not be processed.
Only change gear when the machine is at a standstill. Only use the switch locking button in the drill stand, never freehand.
Beware of concealed electrical cables, gas and water pipes – check the working area, e.g. with a metal detector. When drilling through, secure the area below, as the drill core may fall out.
Never allow children to use the machine.
For complete safety instructions, see the original operating instructions.
