Intended use: the stone cutter/grinder is designed for cutting and grinding mineral materials, e.g. marble, granite, engineered stone, porcelain stoneware, ceramics, glass, sandstone or similar. It is a dry stone cutter. The machine may only be operated with the handle and with the guard fitted.
PPE (personal protective equipment): Mandatory — safety goggles and hearing protection. Recommended: protective gloves, sturdy and non-slip footwear and an apron.
Noise emission: sound pressure level 96 dB(A), sound power level 107 dB(A) – hearing protection required. Vibration: surface grinding ah,SG = 8.3 m/s², disc sanding ah,DS = 4.1 m/s² (uncertainty K = 1.5 m/s²). Other applications, e.g. cutting-off, may result in different vibration values.
Dust produced when working stone containing crystalline silica is hazardous to health. Material containing asbestos must not be processed.
