The WETCUT 180/3 PLUS is a precise wet and dry stone cutter with a removable base plate and factory-fitted extraction device. The closed guard with height-adjustable extraction cover, extraction hose and swivel-joint connector allows both low-dust dry cuts and wet cuts when connected to a wet vacuum cleaner — for owners of an older Wetcut GS or Wetcut 180/2, the same extraction technology is available separately as a retrofit kit. Three red markers keep the cutting line visible at all times, even with maximum splash protection, while the removable base plate allows free cutting up to 57 mm cutting depth. The Ergotec D-handle with vibration damping sits securely in the hand and reduces fatigue even during longer jobs. Intended use: the machine is intended for cutting or slotting horizontally in predominantly mineral materials such as marble or granite with the guide carriage resting firmly on the workpiece — in wet and dry cutting (in the Plus version with extraction device).
Wear personal protective equipment: depending on the application, a full face shield, eye protection or safety goggles are required; where appropriate, a dust mask, hearing protection, protective gloves or a special apron are also recommended.
Noise emission: sound pressure level 88 dB(A), sound power level 101 dB(A) – hearing protection required. Vibration: 7 m/s².
As the machine is also intended for wet areas, it may only be operated in conjunction with an isolating transformer or a PRCD safety switch in accordance with the regulations applicable in Germany.
